At Unpoisoned Society, all products are fulfilled through a third-party fulfillment partner and shipped directly to customers. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


No Returns

We do not accept returns of any products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened or unopened items
  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders
  • Orders returned without authorization

Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final.


Refund Eligibility (Limited Cases Only)

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue
  • The issue must be verified by our fulfillment partner

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Orders delayed by the carrier
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Orders returned without approval

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order enters fulfillment, it can no longer be canceled.


Shipping Issues

If your order shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.
